Welcome to The PTP Journal, the Promote the Progress area dedicated to in-depth articles that explore patent law topics from around the globe.

I’ll be publishing reader-submitted articles in the Journal soon. If you’d like to submit an article you’ve written, please e-mail me at jmbesq AT gmail DOT com. You’ll get a full “about the author” section (including links, a photo and contact information, if desired), a unique URL citation, and a warm fuzzy feeling for contributing to the community. We can re-format your article for web publishing from any file format (Word, PDF, etc.).

All topics relating to patent law are fair game. Brief case notes and in-depth reviews, empirical studies, essays, and even opinion/editorial pieces are all appropriate. Articles focused on a particular country or region as well as comparative treatments are welcome.
